We Go Again is a mental health peer support provider that offers person-centred, holistic, and empathetic support to individuals and groups aged 18 and above. I believe that everyone has the potential to thrive and live a fulfilling live, and I am here to support you in your journey towards mental wellness.
We Go Again provides a range of peer support services to help individuals with various mental health concerns, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship difficulties, Self-esteem issues, Professional/career challenges, Stress management, Grief, loss, or bereavement.
My goal is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, learn coping strategies, and develop resilience. Using lived experiences to resonate with the individual I am supporting. I am with you every step of the way.
